One of this week's projects...

My son's bedroom is now an "ocean room", but now he would like to have a pirate room.  No problem....with a few white sheets, paint, and creativity, I think I can do that!  Stay tuned...

a faithful journey~

The ocean is a reminder of the strength we can choose to have in our lives ~ it is ever changing, but always powerful, beautiful, peaceful, and determined.  The ocean leaves us tiny treasures to find & collect.  It is a place of renewal & wonderful memories for my family and I.  Today, I close my eyes & feel the ocean's strength in my prayers for my husband's full recovery!  Mizpah, Sean!      ~xoxo Sarah

Think Spring...

I may have my shovel in hand, ice melt on the porch, and scraper ready to go...but, all I've been thinking about lately are the daffodils that are pushing their way through the soil, raking out the lawn, and the sketches I've been working on for planting around our yard this spring.

Dear Mother Nature, the calendar does say spring!!  (and this is NOT an April Fool's joke)
